Stathlon (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Stathlon mobile application (the “App”) and the website at stathlon.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if signing in via Google or Apple). This information is used to identify you within the app and to your team members.

Game Data

We store game scores, team names, player rosters, event schedules, and box score data that you create through the app. This data is associated with your account and your team.

Video & Media

If you choose to record or stream games, video files may be stored on your device and optionally uploaded to our cloud storage for replay access. Highlight clips you create are stored alongside the source video.

Camera & Microphone

The app requests access to your camera and microphone solely for the purpose of recording and streaming game video. We do not access your camera or microphone at any other time.

Device Information

We may collect basic device information (device model, operating system version) for troubleshooting and to ensure compatibility.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To enable team features (invitations, shared schedules, rosters)
• To store and deliver game recordings and replays
• To generate game statistics and box scores
• To communicate service updates or respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Your team members — team name, roster, game scores, and scheduled events are visible to members of your team.
• Service providers — we use third-party services for authentication (Supabase, Google, Apple), video streaming (api.video), and cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• Shared links — if you share a box score or replay link, the content at that link is accessible to anyone with the URL.

5. Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the United States). Video recordings may be stored on your device and/or in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication sessions are stored in your device's secure keychain.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Opt out of any non-essential communications
• Revoke camera/microphone permissions through your device settings

7. Children's Privacy

Stathlon is designed for use by coaches, parents, and team administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a team includes minor athletes, their data (names on rosters, game stats) is managed by the team administrator who is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
